Dr Deepak Seth has been seeing me since I've been a small child. He is an amazing doctor and an amazing human being. I would also like to thank Sarah for going above and beyond to make sure that all of my paperwork and appointments were taken care of.
I had my first appointment 2 days ago as a new patient with Dr Deepak Seth. What an amazing experience. Not only did I enjoy my time with Dr Seth, the entire office staff treated me with kindness and compassion. Dr Seth spent a tremendous amount of time talking with me which was extremely important to me. For not knowing me at all, I honestly felt that he genuinely cared about me. In my eyes he is a prince of a man and we definitely need more doctors like him. I thought the establishment was extremely clean and organized. I've seen all of the providers at Dr.Seths and I had the best experience with Karina, any time I need an appointment Sarah that works at the front desk makes sure I'm seen in a timely manner and she is always so professional and helpful she genuinely cares. That front desk would not be successful if it wasn't for Sarah, she answers the phone and doesn't hang up on you or leave you on hold when I have any issue with medication or referral's she makes sure it is always taking care of. I appreciate her so much she makes that front desk!!!!!!
Please do not go to this place, if you do not want to have a bad experience, in this place one of the resectionists treated me very badly, she spoke to me as if I were her daughter, they treat people as if they were doing you a favor, If you don't have the charisma to work in customer service, look for another job.
My boyfriend went there and they put him back on light duty at work. He was pale and could barely walk and they never ran blood work. He ended up having leukemia (AML). He passed away and I do believe that if his primary care would have ran blood work we would have caught it sooner. He almost died on my couch 2 days after going to this doctors office. His hemoglobin was at a 2. Don’t go here unless you have no choice.
I just had a question.. How is he on the mental health tip? I am going to make an appointment for mental health issues, so I was wondering am I going to the right Dr for that?Like I have a doctor now that prescribes me Xanax but will not give me the right dose for the life of me. And I am someone who desperately needs it.
This doctors office is rude unprofessional and a total lie when it comes to information about their services. My daughter and I have been getting the run around since I chose this place to be her primary doctors office. Well that is about to all change very shortly ASAP!!!! Don’t go to them please. When we first signed up for this office we were supposed to be with Deepak Seth as a Gynecologist, but when we arrived we found out we were going to see his son whom we didn’t know existed. He too was not who he said he was. He was not able to do the services we initially made the appointment for. So of course we had to them find someone else to help my daughter. And now today my daughter had an appointment that I made and confirmed yesterday, to get to the office and the rude woman standing there tells us my daughter can’t be seen; there is no pediatrician on-site. I told her, “Well, when I made this appointment yesterday, whoever scheduled it knew that my daughter was a child when she asked for her birthday and name. She had to have been looking right at her chart!!!” Dreadful and ridiculousness!
